Iowa Assessment Advisors (IAA) will prepare your property protest form and a market evaluation to support your protest and deliver the report to the county assessor and provide a copy to you upon completion. IAA serves POLK, WARREN and DALLAS counties. Once the assessor reviews the protest they will contact you with the results of the protest. IAA cannot guarantee the outcome of your protest. Our market evaluations are designed to provide evidence to the assessor that your home is over valued under the current assessment.
